个人简介:

刘畅,女,理学博士,教授,博士生导师。国家海外高层次人才青年项目入选者。主要从事植物细胞壁合成调控与信号转导机制的应用基础研究,研究成果发表在Science Advances、PNAS、Molecular Plant等期刊。

研究工作:

植物细胞壁的形成过程受到环境以及植物自身释放的信号因子调节。作为植物胞外基质的主要组成部分,细胞壁也是影响植物生理活动的信号分子的重要来源。同时,植物细胞壁本身还蕴含着丰富的生物质资源。探索植物如何形成细胞壁,不仅是研究植物生长发育的基本科学问题,还直接关联木材材性的遗传改良,具有重要的科学意义与应用价值。目前我们以杨树、白桦、拟南芥为研究对象,研究集中在:

(1)环境对林木细胞壁合成的动态调控机制

(2)林木重要性状的细胞壁信号调节机制

(3)林木优质基因元件发掘与利用
